Cottontown Village Homes For Sale

Cottontown Village is a small section in Washington Utah just north of W. Telegraph St. between the freeway and about N 100 W St. it’s primarily a tourist destination surrounding a small venue but the homes and residential neighborhoods that border this venue are also known as part of Cottontown Village. The area is self is technically a venue for multipurpose events such as weddings, dance halls, and concerts and there’s a few office and retail spaces as well.

The two main components of Cottontown Village are the dance hall and Creekside. If you’re looking for a western or pioneer style community, this is it. It offers an old western town setting perfect for venues, parties, and weddings at the Creekside. The Dance hall has a capacity of about 300 with the dining facilities, dance floor, and a gorgeous, Western-style motif. Creekside is an outdoor venue with beautiful trails, wooded areas, creek beds, and makes the perfect setting for a spring or summer wedding.

Surrounding the main venue are a few businesses such as the Honeymoon Trail Bed & Breakfast, the Red Barn, Brigham’s Playhouse, and a few commercial office buildings.

Homes

Homes in Cottontown Village are those surrounding the venue at a radius of about three or four blocks. Homes are priced between $200,000 and $350,000. You’ll find single and two-story designs dating back to the 1950s all the way up into about 2010. Most lots are around 10,000 ft.² and feature 2 to 4 bedrooms on average, although there are a few properties that have been geared toward mother-in-law or ADA properties and some that have up to six bedrooms. The Pearl Condominiums are also located within the Cottontown Village community. These two-story buildings feature condos with one or two bedrooms and up to about 850 ft.². These homes sell for approximately $100,000 to about $200,000. Residents are close to shopping, markets, and daily amenities.

Freedom Village is one of the newest condo communities in this area featuring two and three bedroom townhouses with a single car garage priced upwards of $300,000 to about $400,000. These condominiums feature a community clubhouse and swimming pool. Homeowner association fees are $225 per month. Most single-family homes in Cottontown Village have no homeowner association fees but be sure to check with current listings on any changes or dues owed.

Schools

Residents are part of the Washington County school district and are assigned to the Majestic Fields elementary school, the Desert Hills middle school, and the Desert Hills high school. The Washington elementary may also be zoned for several homes in Cottontown Village.
